Refund/Return Policy

We at driibble.com guarantee the caliber of our goods and want every customer to be happy with their purchases. Please read over our refund policy below if you’re not happy with your purchases at all.

Return Eligibility:

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

a. In order to be eligible for a return and refund, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

b. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

Initiate a return by completing the following steps:

a. Send an email to info@driibble.com to reach our customer support staff. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and any pertinent images (if any).

b. After reviewing your request, our customer support staff will give you information on how to return your item(s) and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

c. Carefully package the item(s) and include a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice. Label the exterior of the package with the RMA number. d. Return the item or items to us by utilizing a traceable shipping option. Please be aware that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds:

We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned item(s) and determine that they satisfy the requirements for returns. After receiving and examining the returned item(s), refunds will be made using the original payment method in a matter of seven to ten business days.

Please be aware that consumers are in charge of paying any return shipping expenses and that shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges:

Within seven days after receiving your order, please email our customer care staff at info@driibble.com bar shop.co if you received a damaged or defective product. At no additional expense to you, we will collaborate with you to replace the damaged or defective item or items.

Exceptions:

Please be aware that the following circumstances are not covered by our refund policy:

a. Standard wear and tear

b. Improper use, handling, or storage of the goods c. Unauthorized reseller products
